The downside risk of OIL...being what? That it might fall a little from 110 a barrell?? No kidding, but since the price has hardly changed from when oil was 80 bucks a barrell I doubt that's going to be a factor in the SP for CVN, all is pending on the well results
But good work predicting that Oil shares might fall when the oil price does, I really had to think hard about that, maybe change your name from intellimoney to statetheobvious
