Seriously guys although CVN share a joint venture in Thailand you simply cant compare the two as they are like chalk and cheese.
These are two totally different companies altogether, they are based in different countries, different share structure, different exchange rates, different costs, different management, different strategies.
What happens with POE's SP on the TSX has "almost" no comparative relevance to what happens with the CVN SP on the ASX.
As Ted has stated although he has a great relationship with POE, he simply would never be able to merge the two companies because they are very different in how they are run.
Seriously guys although CVN share a joint venture in Thailand...
