As a holder of SUR shares the most comforting thing about this announcement and the whole thai drilling campaign by CVN and POE is how often a drill is made and more often than not at least something of interest is there. Ok not always commercial oil flows, but at least you have the comfort that these operators know where the oil is. how often do other exploration companies plug and abandon wells with nothing at all to show for their effort.
