I'd have to agree that reporting that uses the phrase "Phosphagenics' technology is a variant of Metabolic's fat-busting molecule AOD9604, which failed in oral trials." is technically flat untrue.

But, however poorly understood or expressed, the Body Shaping Cream does in fact include in it's formulation - as the key active ingredient - the very same molecule that Metabolic Pharmaceuticals failed at delivering orally - AOD9604, now renamed AOP9604.

The distinction that Boreham has failed to make is that what Phosphagenics has done is not to create a variant of AOD9604, but to create an effective method of deliver of precisely the same molecule, directly to its site of action.

As someone who has watched the press over many years try to get it right and fail repeatedly, this bit of misreporting seems entirely typical to me. I do credit Boreham with getting the name spelled right at least.
