The price is being supressed for the upcoming capital raising.

With a quoted $25m needed, this will be the largest capital raising they will do, so the INSTO's obviously want to get the shares as cheap as possible.

I would say the raising will happen at 10cents, thats another 250m shares taking us to over 1 billion.

Do not expect large short term gains.
