My view on PRU SP dynamics:
PRU initial plan is Bullish 220 koz production p.a.
(fact sheet PRU from website).
Today annc. mention process to identify potential bottle neck to ramp up 5.5Mtpa to 8Mtpa process facility throughput on March and June Quarter 2012.
PRU market cap of 1.26 B already pricing-in this 200koz pa.
ShortTerm down side risk is Ramp-up delays.
Initial quarter PROD dec 2011 is "only" "35koz"
(Before Commercial production 1 Jan 2012).
Got modest holding on PRU.
Waiting for next quarter updates/confirmation ramp up, production rate numbers and target before
topping-up.
Let's see when PRU achieve "50koz" p/qtr production milestone.
