I've pulled my money out and bought some gold, and my wife has most of hers out of her bank too.
not going to get caught this time. I'm annoyed at the loss of some interest, but consider that an "insurance" expense at present. I'm out of banks until satisfactory rules protecting depositors apply ( however long that will take!)
i can't for the life of me see why anybody would want to risk their money in a bank now.
I hope there is widespread realisation of the risk soon and a resultant run on the banks. That would make the banks think twice.
