Outside of Sydney, the most expensive auction this week was sold in Melbourne by Philip Web. The four bedroom house at 9 Oxford Cl, Templestowe sold for $1.88 million.
Sydney hosted the most affordable auction this week. 17/64-68 Copeland St, Liverpool was sold for $140,000 by Century 21 Liverpool.
