All Gold mines in a falling or volatile market need to watch their costs. The heap leaching approach of Nova will ensure good profits from production. It's all about costs per ounce to extract it out of the ground now. Thankfully also, the US and Canada don't have the same 'union' problems impacting on wage and transport costs as they do in AUS.
