Always difficult to make a comment without knowing the underlying assumptions. They are estimating g net cash generation of circa $300m pa from 2025/26 - if it’s a sensible estimate, then SPR is on a forward circa 50% cash flow yield based on current MC.
That makes the current SP look absurdly cheap. If they assume a POG of $3,500 that implies an AIC of $1,500 - or are they assuming a higher POG as that AIC looks far too low.
If they turn out to be anywhere close to being right then SPR is in for huge upside.
