The response to this injunction from beguiling Bill Beamont will be very interesting. I doubt whether the US courts and regulators will fall over themselves to support NST (unlike here in good old Aus - How good is Australia?).
Apparently the GAME attorneys report that the tenements in question could hold gold worth US$40 million to GAME. Who could blame Sumitomo if they could find a way to dismiss the GAME option agreement to take advantage of the generous NST offer?
I wonder if BBB will keep polishing this particular T*** or use this opportunity to take an early exit before the whole thing implodes. Interesting times ahead.
