Sounds like this together with TBR/RND claims are going to keep NST's lawyers busy!
Perhaps NST's books should carry a contingent liability in the event these matters bite them on the b*m. Certainly shareholders need an update on the status of all litigation/disputes before NST so that they remain fully informed.
I know how dispute costs in Australia between public companies can cost $millions. I can only guess that to conduct them in a foreign jurisdiction (USA) briefing out of Australia will be significantly more.
