- if so, surely they would demand a substantial discount to the reigning sp. Say 5c - if the sp holds at current levels and doesn't dive further?

The Company boasted in the Results that this is the Year for POH. One way or the other that must be true. Make or break by the end of the year. A relief to come to a conclusion - as Southoz notes, after 10 years of ever shifting comedy.
