I avoid price predictions like the plague as a general rule, as most of them are posted by rampers and daytraders, about whom I have made my position clear on several occasions. But I see an opportunity for a win-win situation here.

If the SP is over $1 at the end of the calendar year, rather than stuff around with bottles of wine and ebay, I commit to donating $1000 to the charity of my choice. At that price it will be a non-event and on a purely selfish note it will be tax-deductible.

While I appreciate your competition is only for fun I see no reason for other POHsters not to join in. There are several followers here for whom the $1000 will matter little at those prices and the opportunity to provide a meaningful contribution to worthy charities.

My own choice of charity will be something to do with children, the exact recipient to be announced if it happens. Good luck to all LT holders.
