If no deal jev then sp should be higher post phase 2 anyway but either way I would guess a quick rights issue in small size to nurse us through until the deal would be preferable......management is very conscious not to forcibly dilute anyone at these levels through a placement to hnw or fund. Harry has as much skin in this as many of us put together and we should be aware his interest are perfectly laughed with ours. The fact he is staying in oz for the foreseeable future speaks volumes on his commitment to turn this around be the biotech darling it has long promised.
