That the Company's having succeeded in making three such well credentialed appointments must indeed be taken as a very positive sign.

I was particularly attracted by the comments by the new Chairman, quoted in the Ann.:

'We ..... also look forward to potential additions to the board and senior executive team in the future.'

Leaving aside Board appointments, this perhaps signal hope of attracting an equally well credentialed CEO, now that the Board issues are settled. An essential for PHO if it is to have even a medium term future, given that Mr.Rosen can't reasonably be expected to go on for too long.

Can't disagree with Jev. re the current finances not being able to cope with much further time or income slippage, but that apart the near future feels a lot less bleak than it did on Friday evening.
