Hi databoy- POH's TPM formulation does more than deliver a drug transdermaly. It actually enhances the drug being delivered and delivers more of the drug either topically or systemicaly (refer announcement on Retinoic acid- the TPM version of this drug delivered 325% more than the commercial vers to the upper dermis) Further the problem with other transdermal delivery systems is they cause disruption to the skin and then irritation to the application site. POHs TPM which is formualted from Tocopheryl Phosphate actually improves the skin at the site of applic- it is anti irritant and anti inflamatory.
