I think your timetable is a bit optimistic.
The July newsletter stated that due to delays in the recruitment of suitable patients, the Insulin trial is now expected to be completed "by the end of 2008".

As you said, money will be made on the back of a deal, and personally I think we are more likely to see Phospha-E bear fruit in the near term. The Phospha-E trial is also expected to be completed by the end of the year, and as the company has already found a commercial partner in Nestle, the hard work in terms of a deal (assuming a positive trial outcome) is largely done.
