point 39 and 40, page-47

Rules? What rules COULD apply to AGS? I know all the fundamentals - been through them over and over them during the last 5 years (and that's the only reason I'm still in there). But to gain some sort of market/trend advantage, I've been looking hard at the technical aspects and imo they are all over the shop. To me the charts didn't predict an upturn today, but Burnet or Lazy might be able to make more sense of them, but I sure as well can't.
