What are the barriers to entry? What network effects? and what lock in?
You can throw terms or buzzwords out there but they don't mean anything without examples or evidence to back them up. I would say the fact they can't grow revenue, have a share price below listing and there are multiple competitors are all evidence to support my assertion.
