If that happens, we'll either have to elect ourselves some new directors, or give the old ones some new options. Otherwise, they'll lose interest and spend their time dealing with their other playthings.

Having another look at the heads of agreement with CDE, it's a shame that the break clause is triggered by 5% falls in net assets of the parties, rather than 5% falls in share price. CDE has now fallen 5% since the takeover was announced.
