The really interesting aspect about all of this is the person who has the most to lose is the biggest shareholder - Ian Gandel, and who I believe hasn't sold a share ... and he would have information we don't.
Mediation, negotiation etc imo is all like a game of chess, or perhaps poker. Telegraphing your hand is not a good move.
Although I would love a quick resolution and the sp to go through the roof, I'm fairly comfortable with how things are going. Legal disputes sure set their own timetable and agenda it seems.
