Debt only 2.1m, hmmm I must be behind the times. I thought it was for the sale etc to the tune of about 15m. If this is right then how or where is this coming from. 25m in revenue and its all spent and cant pay 15m owing. Missing Harry Houdini on the board I think.
As far as II am concerned Tl on the board as Chairman and ERM holding the stake they do and vote that can never be voted against is a CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
