1. EM were not getting to where AKP wanted with the Gen 2 Chip fab process and did not give Danny and his tech team any opportunity to work with their tech people to find a solution.They decided about 7months ago that it would be best to work on a process themselves. Their process is different to EM's. They have been working in a highly advanced tech lab in America and are confident their process will come to fruition by end of June this year when they hope to demonstrate the working chip to interested parties. Danny did say the lab is associated with a large fab company but stressed they expected to work with multiple companies including EM if they perfected a process and presented a good proposition.
2. Deloittes got the flick because they failed to provide the ASX with the correct information which resulted in a freeze on AKP shares. FB was very unhappy with Deloittes to say the least. ASX communication with AKP has been pretty poor as well.
