Good morning passengers
I have briefly skimmed through the report for any additional information that was not already made available and also for points of interest loyal holders may be interested in. I apologise in advance if other holders have already commented or if I have missed something major that wasn't common knowledge.
1 SCM has legal title for maritime concessions - they have permission to build a deepwater port at Punta Alcalde. This port is 12 k's away from the industrial port centre of Port Huasco and there are companies keen to do a j.v. This is good news imho.
2 There are no real varying climatic conditions and very little rainfall that could affect or slow production in any way shape or form.
3 The mines are close to the pan american highway with a readily available work force where mining camps do not have to be established. Workers will be bused to the mines.
4 Negrita and Soberana are untested with a possible large resource.
5 Pampa Tololo has 3,455 ADDITIONAL hectares of mining concessions that with its location is attractive for exploration. If viable this will bring ady's total concessions to around 13,000 hectares and would significantly increase their resource more than it already has been increased.
6 Last but not least there is potential for resource upgrades across all mining concessions.
I hope this helps guys and it certainly reinforces my decision to keep buying, but of course do your own research as I don't know anything really.
