Everyone has had a say in who to vote for so here is my two cents worth.
One of the primary functions of an executive director should be the active promotion of the company by presenting to brokers, media coverage and making investor presentations at every opportunity available. In the last 4 years with Tay as executive director, apart from half yearly and AGM presentations, there were only 2 Investor Presentations that I could find. Both were by Carson in the last 12 months. To my knowlwdge there are no broker reports on the company nor have I read too much in the papers of late. Hell, we couldn't even get this spat in the paper. If you are happy with this level of company promotion and want more of the same then vote for Tay. If not , you have the opportunity to move this company forward by voting to retain experienced directors. Irrespective of how much skin they have in the game they are our best option at present due to their knowledge of the exploration done to date and where to look to increase the deposit.
By Tay's own admission he has conducted speculative trading in stocks and ,irrespective of whether he made a profit or not , this is a practice that cannot be supported by shareholders. Next time he may not be so lucky , and there will be a next time if you vote for him.

For these reasons i intend to vote for thr retention of the existing directors and urge you to do the same.

Once this infighting is sorted the future is rosy
