    At the current price of 28c it is still very worthwhile going for the RI at 29c. The position is that for each share you buy you will get a free 1/2 a VXLO option at 25c exercise price. The value of this option is thus 1.5c with no premium on the option. This makes the RI offer slightly more attractive than a market purchase at the current SP (the market price could go lower of course)
