    Lol. Shares are a joke. They are created on paper whenever a company decides to do a capital raising. Companies are run by flawed humans affected by emotions and limited by business acumen.

    Cryptocurrency is regulated by strong cryptography, mathematics and code. A half decent crypto is nearly impossible to tamper with.
