Pointsbet, Betr and BET

Hi all,

I'm only a new investor and own BET.

So BET owns 25% of BETR - and this relationship will funnel some good coin to BET in the coming years. Correct? Does BET have to pay any more / give shares to BETR?

Seperately, I think I've read that Poinstbets will lose major revenue / or may a contract and that BET, or BETR would likely benefit from this occurance. Do I have this right?

Lastly, I 've read that BETR might be buying Australian side of business for 200 million. Where is that 200 million coming from? Any of that amount coming from BET. If BETR does buy, whats the upside for BET?
