Perhaps because you are not located in any of the US states that Pointsbet is live in as suggested in the attached article? Drew Brees featured in a betting analysis segment and this Pointsbet/Brees ad was played during the coverage.

Also the first thing I saw when I pulled up an NBC video on youtube was the promotion of NBC's Predictor app Sunday Night 7 jackpot powered by Pointsbet - this is shown throughout the coverage. The predictor app is a massive lead for new customers into Pointsbet. Have a read of the article and trust the process.
And just a side note, the opening game between bucs and cowboys was the most watched since 2015, up 20% from last year. Massive period coming up for Pointsbet with the NFL going crazy. Pointsbet are aiming to achieve 10% market share, they've never said they want to be competing with the big boys for the number one spot.
