Im guessing a takeover offer would have to take into account all options that exist.
Nbc have 60m options with excersize price of 13$.
so if somebody wanted to takeover pbh at 18$, they would have to pay nbc an extra $300m. But if they took it over at 12$ they wouldn't have to pay anything. Im guessing anyway, maybe they'd have to pay a fraction of that just for the time value of the options
