The trading platform (customer and risk management and betting ledgers etc) and website/mobile apps are their own, they will, like all other bookmakers be using feed providers for event creation, real time odds feeds and resulting. Thinks Bet Radar, Genius Sports etc There was an announcement recently about extending their offering via Genius Sports https://news.geniussports.com/genius-sports-and-pointsbet-expand-partnership-with-official-data-nfl-and-fan-engagement-agreement/
They have a lot of bespoke markets too so it's possible with the Banach acquisition that they are moving a lot of that in house too and building out their quants teams.
