Towie, I think the SPP is open to anyone, however, First Capital is receiving the applications. It is supposed to be on a first served basis, but I'm sure First Capital clients will be looked after, however, I'd be very surprised if this SPP goes even close to being fully subscribed. First Capaital the only winners on this one - upto $200k in commission and $5k per month for the past 4 months - nice deal, just to arrange a SPP.
25c is too high. Can't see any underwriting of this SPP either.
