    i think you make a good point. sometimes i wonder about how these stocks would perform in another market crash. they are already so cheap, at single digit multiples and discounts to NTA. i think even at these bubbly indices, you just have to buy them

    high yield and the 'margin of safety' backed by a solid business is enough for me.
