    your right about movement prior to announcement, but I think FMS might run a tight ship (as far a leaks go) I think there original announcement regarding the IO discovery in 07 was not known until announcement was released, I dont know as I wasnt tracking FMS/FDL at that time.

    Maybe some longer term holders could tell us, did the sp increase much or at all prior to the announcement of IO in 2007?
