ebet has always said its product is better than turbo's, so why is it buying turbo? it seems like an admission that ebet's product isn't up to scratch, so what have ebet shareholders been paying for?

the current shareholders are financing the new note holders acquisition of turbo. no wonder there has been big selling since the deal was announced. ebet has been promising to make a profit for years and they haven't done it. the only way they might make a profit is by buying another business and diluting shareholders. ebet is a company that keeps promising and not delivering.
