You really need to move on but i did email HC asking them to look into the matter and i got no reply and its clear no action has been taken or is likely to ever be taken by these so called administrators.

HC is run by a bunch of self serving gooses with no regard for proper administration. As someone said in a post recently, they are driven by the advertising $ and if we all had 10 nics that would mean greater clout when negotiating advertising deals etc etc.
