Smooth. It makes perfect sense. They can't even get to the stage to fail a trial. They actually need people enrolled in the trial to test the drug/device on. They can't even achieve that. Kinda basic. We were all sold a bill goods by rosa and his "enthusiasm at the sites" talk. Nothing was ever achieved
