Reason being we have little information to accurately value it right now and with the upcoming issue you have a company valued well over 100 million. Now this sits just fine with me, but everyone will put different mcap estimates, often based on previous experiences or comparisons to other companies. Take, perhaps, CVT with a similar mcap, how do we compare to them? (More favourably i'd suggest and I like CVT too).

Not to go all therapist on you but what do you think a company like this is actually worth? Divide that number by lets say 770,000,000 and you have a target.
