Normally Consolidation takes place when total shares in issue ( sii) get to about 3,000,000,000.

This is normally done to streamline the operation of the company's treasury dept. in tracking and administering shares.

Sometimes done to make SP quote look more big cap than small cap.

That's NOT going to be a problem here. $3.00 is well within range for the prospectivity of the Buddy Platform offering.....

I see potential for $10 - $20 if Dave keeps producing loads of new signings ..........

So no need for consolidation on either count for some years yet.

Not clear to me yet but software is not a capital intensive part of the business but data deposit vaults and management of data volume and velocity will be....

Any ideas from techies out there on capital requirements for the Buddy Platform "roll out" going forward ??....
