looks to me like solid accumulation round the 12 / 12.5 mark along with manipulation down of the oppies to grab these as well...

perhaps by those who know when news is due

accumulation will be complete when we see a pump to say 16/17

that will be the sign that news is round the corner

news arrives and we break the high of 22 and voila the oppies are in the money

all needs to happen well before end of nov of course

and this is just my extremely speculative idea / wish (as i hold oppies) of what could happen
