    Yes, some of the facts a re wrong in this article. I think the author is confused.

    CER's high was $2.07 not CNP's.

    As for GR, I personally don't see any issues managing CER or CNP from the USA. Big deal really. Strategic management for the good of all shareholders can play out in any time zone in my opinion.
