    I agree completely (see my previous post). This exercise is starting to look very much like a grab for cash.

    Sold out my very large position in BTV several weeks ago in disgust. The BTVOAs are now to all intents and purposes untradeable, thereby ensuring a nice pot of cash for BTV after the early conversion.
