Good call B4, I think you are correct, though I hope for a bounce off the low 30's today - the delays in license and general lack of action is unsettling.
There is also the current uncertainty of World affairs which I honestly believe is weighing on investors - if Korea does kick off then it will be a wrecking ball.
From Mum's and Dad's to instos - all must be manifesting a degree of negative sentiment. It may not be showing up big time, but it's there nonetheless IMO.
Whatever happens, IMO I think PLS has the right fundamentals to carry through, and cash in the bank
