Not 100% sure a cashless pokie reform will go through. Yes there are lots of bad instances of people stealing from employers and people putting entire wages through but sadly if it was not pokies these people would find another avenue to get rid or gamble the money.
Cashless does not mean going from where we are to zero.
People find ways to get around all barriers, people will adapt and change, yes so intial effect and yes some decline...
