Dave.....this is wishful thinking. Whether the debt is physically incurred right now or not,this is one expensive cash advance Rudd has handed us. No strategic plan to pay off the debt. Just hopes that the economy will recover and a shallow theory that this will resolve our debt. Blue sky hopes!
