The debt has to be paid off? Really! Labor wants to pay it off, not leave it to a Coalition government to clear up? With an IQ of 135, Rudd should have a cunning plan to pay off the debt in '5 years'. Because you Labor supporters out there seem to talk about this debt as though it's nothing. Probably to us it is, but to my son and his contemporaries, it is going to threaten their livelihoods.
All spend with absolutely no plan to get us out of this quagmire of debt. I sense that Whitlam is back in the form of Rudd, but without the conviction.
