Oh yes, projects do take time. Infrastructure bottlenecks have had all the time in the world, and these are projects that can start soon. The planning process.......this creates jobs. I can say that because I'm a project officer. Rudd's infrastructure is targeted at mending schools, roof insulation, public housing, local roads....limited job creation prospects with no lasting benefit.....you may care to check this website

I don't know whether Rudd cooked these hair-brained schemes or what, but anything that man does is for short term...meaning the real outcome that matters....the next election.
