2. The document will be displayed from 3rd Jan till 17 Jan
3. Any form of electronic devices (cell phone / camera / (tablet??) are prohibited in the reference room
4. The viewing time of the documents is limited to one hour only
5. You are prohibited from scribbling, remove or destroy the document
6. You are prohibited from taking any documents out of the reference room
7. Each individual is required to submit his id card to the officer in charge before entering the reference room
