Isn't this just the standard notification for public comment and objections, similar to those that get put up here for everything from footpath realignments to building permits?
I don't read this as any sort of guarantee that the POL will be granted - I think too many people are already starting to count chickens - and this is just the laying of the egg.
Let's just play it cool. Let's hope that Fuzzy and her band of followers don't immediately take advantage of this and swamp the AELB with objections and comments that will take the next 3 years to go through. Let's hope we don't see any more goats with broccoli ears!
Until we get an official announcement from the AELB and Lynas that the POL has been granted, then the hedgies and Morgan Stanley and others will continue to play silly buggers with LYC.
